Booking Dashboard

The Booking Dashboard is what you see when you open Webkul WC Addons → Booking Management System. It answers three questions in one glance: how much is on the books, what is happening this month, and what is coming up next.

The Booking Dashboard

Booking KPIs and Overall Stats

Eight counters across the top of the screen.

CounterWhat it counts
Total BookingsEvery booking in the system
PendingBookings waiting to be confirmed
ConfirmedBookings you have accepted
CompletedBookings whose window has finished and been closed off
ResourcesRooms, staff, equipment and other resources you have created, across all products
ServicesAdd-on services you have created, across all products
Availability RulesActive and inactive availability rules, across all products
Pricing RulesPrice adjustments, across all products

Note

The four booking counters are worked out from the most recent bookings loaded into the screen, so on a very large store they describe your recent activity rather than your all-time history. For an exact figure of any status, use the Status filter on the Bookings tab and read the item count.

The calendar

Below the counters is a calendar of your bookings.

The dashboard calendar and Upcoming Bookings panel

In Month view each day cell shows a coloured count badge — N Confirmed, N Completed, N Cancelled — and a dash when nothing is booked. The legend above the grid explains the colours.

In Week and Day view the calendar becomes a table: one row per date, with the number of bookings and the booking IDs with their statuses, so you can pick out the exact reservation you need.

Filtering by product

The Product ID box takes the numeric ID of a bookable product. You can find it in the Product Settings header — Managing settings for Product ID: N — or in the address bar when you edit the product.

Upcoming Bookings

The panel on the right lists the most recent bookings with, for each one:

  • the product name,
  • the booking reference in #BK-<id> form,
  • a status badge,
  • the start date,
  • the total.

View all → and View All Bookings → both take you to the Bookings tab, where you can filter and act on them.

Tips

The Upcoming Bookings panel is a shortcut, not a work queue. When you are actually working through the day's reservations, use the Bookings tab: it has the status filters, the bulk actions and the Action Queue filter for reschedule and refund requests.
