Booking types
Thirteen ways for a customer to choose when, each with its own settings and its own form on the product page. Full field reference: Booking Types.

Availability
Fourteen rule types, stacked in priority order, per product. See Availability.
- Open only on chosen weekdays
- Close the same time every day (a lunch break, a cleaning window)
- Block a specific date/time range, a closure window or an exception window
- A full weekly schedule with named slots and per-slot booking caps
- Multiple slots per day
- Block specific dates (holidays)
- Close entire months
- Limit bookings per date, per day, per hour or per slot
- Variable lockout thresholds for date windows
- Ad-hoc date/time blocks and slot overrides — including forcing a slot closed
- Store-wide defaults: booking window in days, minimum notice, slot interval, buffer between slots, default and maximum capacity, holidays, weekly off days and a customer-facing closure notice
Pricing
Layered adjustments on top of the ordinary WooCommerce price. See Pricing.
- Multiply the price for chosen months (seasonal)
- Add a fixed amount
- Discount by percentage
- Weekday pricing and specific-date pricing
- Date-range and block/date-window pricing
- Group discount from a minimum quantity
- Early-bird discount from a minimum number of days ahead
- Last-minute discount inside a number of hours
- Deposits — a percentage or a fixed amount — and partial payment in instalments
- Slot-based, resource-based and person-type-based price adjustments
- Coupon controls: on/off for bookings, stackable or not, and a maximum discount percentage
- A live price breakdown on the product page and a Pay now / Balance due later split in the cart
Resources

- Add rooms, staff, equipment, vehicles, seats or any other limited asset to a product
- Give each one a capacity, an extra price, an image, an icon and a sort order
- Mark a resource global (shared across products), required, or auto-assigned
- Choose how the customer sees them: list, grid or dropdown

People and guests

- Ask for a guest count or treat every booking as one
- Rename the guest field ("Guests", "Attendees", "Passengers", …)
- Cap the number of people per booking
- Private booking — one booking takes the whole product for that window
- Shared capacity — keep taking bookings until the capacity is full
- Unlimited person types (Adult, Child, Senior, …) with their own price, minimum and maximum
- Per-person-type price adjustments, as an amount or a multiplier
- Adult/Child helpers with an age threshold, price multiplier and child discount
Services, extras and fees

Location and search

Calendar
