Overview
WooCommerce Booking and Reservation adds a booking engine to the WooCommerce store you already run. It does not replace your products, your cart, your checkout or your order list — it teaches them about time.
A product marked as bookable stops being "add one to the basket" and becomes "choose when". The customer is shown a calendar of the days you are actually open, picks a window, says how many people are coming, chooses a room or a member of staff, adds any extras, and watches the price update before adding it to the cart. The resulting order is an ordinary WooCommerce order — it just carries the reservation with it.
What it does
- Turns any product into a bookable one. A checkbox on the product, or the one-step Setup Wizard.
- Understands thirteen ways of booking, from a single day to a three-night stay to a 30-minute appointment to a four-hour equipment block. See Booking Types.
- Controls when you are open through stackable availability rules — weekdays only, holidays closed, a whole month shut, no more than three bookings per slot. See Availability.
- Prices by the calendar. Seasonal multipliers, weekday rates, specific-date prices, early-bird and last-minute discounts, group discounts, and deposits or instalments. See Pricing.
- Tracks the things you actually have — rooms, staff, equipment, vehicles, seats — each with its own capacity, surcharge and weekly schedule. See Resources.
- Sells add-ons and charges fees with conditions, so airport pickup is optional but the tourism levy is not. See Services, Extras and Fees.
- Gives customers a self-service booking list in My account, with add-to-calendar links and — when you allow it — cancellation and reschedule requests. See My Bookings.
- Keeps you in control with a dashboard, a filterable booking list, bulk status changes, manual bookings, reminders and CSV export. See Managing Bookings.

You are not limited to one — every bookable product carries its own booking type and its own rules.
How it fits into WooCommerce
| Area | What changes |
|---|---|
| Products | A Bookable option appears on the product's Product data panel, with a booking type, a custom button label and a link into the booking settings. |
| Product page | A booking panel is inserted above the add-to-cart button: calendar, guests, resources, services, extras and a live price. |
| Add to cart button | Reads Book now (or your own label) instead of Add to cart, and takes the customer straight to checkout. |
| Cart and checkout | The line item is tagged (Booking) and lists the dates, guests, resource, services, extras and — if you take a deposit — what is payable now and later. |
| Orders | The booking window and payment split are stored on the order line item; each booking is linked back to its order. |
| My account | A new My Bookings page. |
| Admin menu | One new screen: Webkul WC Addons → Booking Management System. |
Nothing else in your store is touched. Products that are not marked bookable behave exactly as before.
The one screen you will live in

Webkul WC Addons → Booking Management System has four tabs:
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Booking Dashboard | Today's numbers, the calendar and the next bookings due. Read more |
| Bookings | Every reservation, with filters, bulk actions, manual booking, reminders and export. Read more |
| Product Settings | Everything about one bookable product — eleven sub-tabs. Read more |
| Global Settings | Store-wide defaults every new product inherits. Read more |
Tips
Set your defaults in Global Settings first, then create products. Every product starts from the global values and only overrides what it needs — so a change to the default applies everywhere you have not deliberately overridden it.
What it is not
- It is not a separate booking site. Bookings are WooCommerce orders and are paid through your normal payment gateways.
- It does not add a vendor or staff login. Everything is managed by a shop manager or administrator.
- It does not replace your calendar software; it connects to it. See Calendar Sync.
