Email Configurations – WooCommerce Marketplace

The WooCommerce Marketplace plugin allows the admin to configure and manage email templates used for marketplace-related notifications.

Configuration Path

• Navigate to: WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

Email Templates Management

• Admin can customize email templates for marketplace-related events.
• A hyperlink “Click here to preview your email template” is available to preview the email layout.

Email Template Preview

• Clicking the preview link displays the email layout and design.

Available Marketplace Email Templates

The admin can manage multiple marketplace email templates, such as:

• Ask to Admin
• Product Publish
• Vendor Approval
• Vendor Registration
• Other marketplace notification emails

These templates are listed under:

• WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

Configure Individual Email Template

• Click the Manage button next to the required email template.
• The admin can configure:
  • Enable / Disable email
  • Email subject
  • Email heading
  • Email content and additional settings

This feature gives the admin full control over marketplace email communication with vendors and customers.
