Vendor Shop Followers

The Vendor Shop Followers feature allows vendors to engage directly with buyers who follow their shop by sending notifications and updates.

Shop Followers Overview

Buyers can follow a vendor’s shop directly from the product page.
A buyer becomes a shop follower by clicking the heart-shaped icon on the product page.

Manage Shop Followers

Vendors can view all their shop followers under the Shop Followers section in the vendor dashboard.
This section displays the complete list of followers associated with the vendor’s shop.

Send Notifications to Followers

Vendors can send notifications to their shop followers to:
- Share updates.
- Promote new products.
- Inform about offers or announcements.
To send a notification:
- Select one or more followers from the list.
- Click on Send Notification.

A popup window appears to enter the notification details.
After entering the required information:
- Click Send Mail to dispatch the notification email to the selected followers.
