How to Export Products to eBay Store

In this guide, we’ll learn how to export products from a WooCommerce store to an eBay store using the WooCommerce eBay Connector plugin.

Prerequisites

• A working WooCommerce store
• Installed and activated WooCommerce eBay Connector plugin
• A connected eBay seller account

Export Products to eBay

With the WooCommerce eBay Connector plugin, you can integrate your WooCommerce web store with your eBay store.

Access Module Settings

1. Log in to the WooCommerce admin panel.

2. Navigate to WooCommerce → eBay Connector → Module Settings.

3. Select the connected eBay store.

4. Click on Manage Account.

Exporting a Product

1. Go to the Export Products section.

2. Select a product.
3. From the dropdown menu, click Export Product to eBay.

Error: Product Category Not Mapped

If a notification appears:

“The product category is not mapped with the eBay category.”

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Step 1: Map the Category

1. Click on the Map Category section.

2. Click Map eBay Primary Categories.

3. Select:
   • WooCommerce category
   • eBay leaf node (subcategory)

4. Map the WooCommerce category with the eBay category.

5. Click the Map button.

6. A success message will appear:
   “Mapping is successful.”

You can verify the mapped category in the Map Categories section.

Step 2: Edit the Product

1. Navigate to Export Products.
2. Select the product and click Edit.

3. In the Product Categories section:
   • Assign the mapped category.

4. Update the product.

Fix Product Data Issues Before Export

Ensure the following details are filled before exporting:

• ✅ Product quantity is set
  

• ✅ Condition ID is selected

• ✅ Product description is added

• ✅ Product image is uploaded
  

Now, update the product and try exporting again.

Error: Attributes Missing for eBay

If you encounter an attributes-related error:

Fix Missing Attributes

1. Open the product edit page.
2. Go to Product Data → Attributes.

3. Add all required attributes and their values.

4. Update the product.

Note:
All required eBay attributes must be added to export the product successfully.

Final Export

1. Go back to Export Products.
2. Select the product.
3. Click Export Product to eBay.

✅ The product is exported successfully.

Verify Product on eBay

1. Log in to your eBay seller account.
2. Check the product listing.
