Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I get the Linkly username and password?

From Linkly, with your Linkly Cloud account. Test credentials are for the Linkly sandbox and live credentials for production. Enter them in the gateway settings.

Where do I find the pair code?

It is shown on the Linkly terminal's pairing screen. Enter it from the Linkly icon in the POS header. See entering the pair code.

Does every cashier need to pair?

Yes. The pairing is saved per POS user, so each cashier pairs once with the terminal at their till.

Can customers pay with Linkly on the online store?

No. The connector only adds Linkly payments to the WooCommerce POS.

What happens to the order if the card is declined?

It stays Pending payment. Select Pay again or take payment another way. See declined payments.
