License activation fails

Entering your key in Marketplace → Settings doesn't activate, or returns an error. Usually it's a mistyped key, a domain mismatch, or the server blocking the validation request.

Fix

  1. Re-copy the full license key with no leading or trailing spaces.
  2. Confirm the site domain matches the license (staging and live domains are often licensed separately).
  3. Follow the official License Activation Guide step by step.
  4. Still failing? Open a ticket with the exact error text.
