Features

A complete list of what ERP for WooCommerce gives your store.

Warehouse & inventory

  • Unlimited warehouses with type (Distribution / Fulfillment / Storage), address, capacity and an assigned manager (one manager per warehouse).
  • Fixed five-level location hierarchy: zone → aisle → rack → shelf → bin, with six zone types.
  • Layout Builder wizard — bulk-create an entire layout (up to 25,000 locations per run) with per-level naming prefixes and capacities.
  • Location Explorer — drill down level by level with live fill figures.
  • Codes tab — every bin code searchable, with a QR code you can view, download as PNG and print for shelf labels.
  • Warehouse Graph — visualise where products sit, in five layouts (force-directed, tree, cluster, treemap, circle pack), filterable by product SKU or bin code.
  • Stock assignment to bins from the product side or the bin side, with automatic caps: never more than the WooCommerce stock, never beyond bin / rack / warehouse capacity.
  • Complete stock movement ledger (Activity Log) with search and filters.

Order fulfilment

  • Five new order statuses: Order Received, Stock Validated, Picking, Packing, Shipping — inserted into WooCommerce's order list, filters, reports and bulk actions.
  • Paid orders enter the workflow automatically.
  • Item-level actions: Validate, Validate & Reserve, Reserve (choose a bin), Start Picking, Mark as Picked, Start Packing, Mark as Packed, Start Shipping, Mark as Completed.
  • Transactional stock reservations — no two orders can claim the same units; reservations release automatically on cancellation, full refund or deletion.
  • Move or split a reservation between bins while picking.
  • Shortage handling: per-item Create RFQ buttons pre-filled with the missing quantity.
  • Order view with inventory status, linked documents, warehouse activity and a six-step progress timeline.
  • New Order editor — create orders from inside the ERP (customer, products, coupons, shipping, fees, documents).
  • WooCommerce admin integration: a Warehouse Fulfilment metabox and Fulfilment Timeline on every order, plus a Fulfilment column with one-click actions on the order list.

Purchasing

  • RFQs with vendor, warehouse, payment terms, validity dates, addresses, notes, attachments and product lines with automatic tax.
  • One-click email to the supplier with a branded PDF quotation attached; resend any time.
  • RFQ statuses: Draft → Sent → Response Received → Approved → PO Created (or Rejected), with a full activity trail.
  • Purchase Orders generated from approved RFQs; the RFQ locks once converted.
  • Goods receiving with a warehouse/zone/aisle/rack/shelf/bin picker and direct bin-code entry, partial deliveries, and numbered receipts.
  • Receiving increases WooCommerce stock and fills bins in one step.
  • PDF documents: RFQ quotation, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Pending-items report.

Internal transfers

  • Warehouse-to-warehouse transfer requests with priority, responsible person, dates and attachments.
  • Side-aware lifecycle: the supplying warehouse approves, validates, picks, packs and dispatches; the requesting warehouse receives and completes.
  • Partial-quantity negotiation — propose, approve, reject or request changes with mandatory reasons.
  • Packing into numbered packages; dispatch by own vehicle (driver details) or courier (tracking details).
  • Receiving sessions with accepted / damaged / missing accounting and mandatory reasons.
  • Follow-up transfers or follow-up RFQs for remaining quantities.
  • Notification badge showing transfers that await your decision.

Users, roles & security

  • Three roles: Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Staff, Supplier — plus full administrator access.
  • Access Control matrix: per role, allow ERP entry and grant Read / Write / Delete per module. Nothing is granted by default.
  • Supplier profiles with 16 business fields (company, GST, bank details, supplier status…).
  • Account activate/deactivate — deactivated users cannot log in at all.
  • Warehouse Managers and Staff are pinned to their own warehouse across every screen.

Dashboard & reporting

  • Role-aware ERP Dashboard: stock KPIs, at-risk products, fulfilment pipeline, procurement status, transfer status, 7-day stock movement chart, "Attention Required" alerts and a recent-activity feed.
  • Per-warehouse inventory table with utilisation bars.
  • Per-order fulfilment timeline and activity log with source attribution (ERP / WooCommerce / system).

Emails

  • 28 WooCommerce emails: 3 for customers (Order Received / Shipped / Completed), 11 staff fulfilment notifications and 14 internal-transfer notifications with smart audiences. See Email Notifications.
