What are the system requirements?
WooCommerce AliExpress Dropship 3.0.0 needs WordPress 6.7 or higher, WooCommerce 10.0 or higher, and PHP 7.4 or higher, plus an AliExpress Open Platform app. See system requirements.
Why are my imported products not in the shop?
Imports go to the Imported Products List first. Run Create Product there to create the WooCommerce products. See creating products.
What Username and Token does the extension ask for?
The ones under Dropship Settings → Account Setting (or step 2 of the wizard). They are a login you choose for the extension, not your AliExpress password. See connecting the extension.
Is the AliExpress order paid automatically?
No. API orders are created unpaid; pay for them on AliExpress before their payment timer ends. See paying for orders.
Are Pricing Rules my selling prices?
No. Pricing Rules set your commission on warehouse sales. Selling prices come from Default Product Price configuration in Product Setting.
Will updating from AliExpress overwrite my edits?
Yes. Update From AliExpress and auto sync overwrite name, description, categories, price, stock, and images. See updating products.
