Placing Orders with the Extension

In Chrome Extension Redirect mode, the Place Order action on the Orders screen opens AliExpress in your browser, and the WooCommerce AliExpress Importer extension adds the ordered products to your AliExpress cart. You then check out on AliExpress yourself.

Before you start

• Under Account Setting, set Order Fulfillment Mode to Chrome Extension Redirect and save.
• Install the Chrome extension and connect it to your store.
• Sign in to AliExpress in the same Chrome browser.

Place an order

1. Go to Webkul WC Addons → Warehouse Manager → Orders and select Place Order in the order's row. The first ordered product opens on AliExpress.
2. The extension shows a status card for the order (Order #…). On each product page it selects the ordered option and quantity and adds it to your cart ("Adding … to your cart…"), then moves on to the next product.
3. When every product has been handled, the extension opens your AliExpress cart and lists the products it added under Check out this order, with any that could not be added under Not added, and the customer's delivery address with Copy buttons.
4. In the cart, select only those products and choose Checkout. On the checkout page the extension reminds you to make sure AliExpress delivers to the customer's address ("Deliver this order to") — enter it with the copy buttons if needed.
5. Pay for the order on AliExpress.

The extension records the placement in your store — "Order recorded" — and the order's status on the Orders screen changes to Placed (or N of M placed). A private order note records the placement.

If some products could not be added

The status card explains each skipped product, for example:

• "AliExpress can't ship it to the delivery address selected on AliExpress."
• "This option is not offered on the product page any more."
• "This product has no AliExpress link in your store."

Fix the problem on AliExpress or in your store, then use Place remaining on the Orders screen for the products that were not added. Place again starts the whole order over.
