Step-by-step Setup
1. Preset chips
Comma-separated list of one-tap amounts shown on the Add money panel as a 3×2 grid.
Default: 100, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000
Tips:
- Pick amounts your customers actually spend
- Round numbers feel cleaner than oddities (
1000>999) - 6 chips fit the grid; more get truncated
- Lead with smallest, end with largest — easier visual scan
Examples by store type:
| Store | Preset list |
|---|---|
| Coffee shop | 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 |
| Fashion store | 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000, 25000 |
| B2B wholesale | 1000, 5000, 10000, 25000, 50000, 100000 |
2. Min top-up
Smallest amount allowed in the custom-amount field.
Default: 50. Choose lower or higher based on your transaction fees — gateway fees on a ₹10 top-up may exceed the top-up itself.
3. Max per order
Largest single top-up allowed.
Default: 25000. Matches typical regulatory limits for unverified wallets in many regions.
4. Allow custom amount
| Toggle | Effect |
|---|---|
| ON (default) | Customer can type any value within min/max |
| OFF | Customer can only pick a chip |
Recommended: ON unless you want to lock customers to specific tiers.
5. Auto-complete recharge orders
| Toggle | Effect |
|---|---|
| ON (default) | Order with only recharge items flips to completed automatically on thank you page → wallet credited immediately |
| OFF | Admin must manually flip status processing → completed |
Recommended: ON. Customer gets credit instantly. Mixed-cart orders (recharge + normal goods) skip auto-complete regardless.
6. Bonus enable
Toggle the "Get X% extra credit" promo.
When ON, two more fields show:
- Bonus percent
- Min top-up to qualify (optional)
See Deposit / Top-up Bonus for the full feature.
7. Bonus percent
Default 5. The percentage credited on top of every qualifying top-up.
| Strategy | Percent |
|---|---|
| Soft incentive | 5 |
| Strong push | 10 |
| Flash promo | 25 |
8. Min top-up to qualify (bonus)
Optional. Bonus only fires above this top-up amount.
Why: stops a ₹10 top-up earning a bonus. Forces meaningful deposits.
9. Max bonus per order
Optional cap so a ₹100,000 top-up doesn't earn ₹10,000 bonus by mistake.
10. Save
Click Save changes.
