Browser Download
Default destination. Every export produces a Download link in the result panel.
How It Works
- Click Run Export on Quick Export.
- Plugin writes the file to the server.
- Download link appears in the result panel — click it to save the file.
Security
Links are signed and admin-only:
- Must be logged in with WooCommerce admin capability
- One link per export — can't be reused for a different file
- Link expires after 24 hours
File Retention
Files live on the server until the cleanup job removes them. If a link returns 404, re-run the export to get a fresh one.
Troubleshooting

| 403 on click | Link expired (>24h) or different user — re-run export |
| 404 on click | File was cleaned up — re-run export |
| Browser opens file inline | Some browsers ignore the download header for csv/json — right-click → Save As |
| No Download button appears | Export failed — check the error banner on the page |
